Nicole has worked in the charity sector for the last 23 years, and has a wealth of experience in event planning, delivery & budget management, procurement and management & analysis of data. Throughout the years, Nicole has succeeded in running a large number of events ranging from small to large (in excess of 900 guests). These include fundraising dinners, ladies lunches, business breakfasts, golf tournaments, party nights, school fundraising dinners, online crowdfunding campaigns to name but a few.
Since setting up Peppi Consulting, charities have taken on Nicole’s expertise and professionalism to let her guide them from inception to completion, advising them on how to make their event as successful as possible and help them on the day itself.
For over 20 years Suzy has been fortunate to work with professional bodies, not-for-profit organisations and start-ups to support them with a range of services including change and interim management, event planning, project management and strategic advice. During this time, her roles have included positions ranging from Project Manager to Chief Operating Officer to setting up Suzy Richman Consulting six years ago.
Suzy has extensive experience in organising conferences, training seminars, fundraising dinners, social gatherings, community events, residential weekends – the list is endless!
